A: If your pup is friendly, we’re happy to work with them outside. If they’re protective or anxious, please keep them inside during service for everyone’s safety.

A: Absolutely. Give us 48+ hours’ notice and we’ll skip/credit those visits. Same-day notice or no access may be billed.

A: We aim to stay on schedule. In heavy rain or icy conditions, we may delay or reschedule for safety. Deep snow can reduce visibility; we’ll do our best and catch up as conditions improve.

ScoopyDuty bills on the 1st of each month, before services are provided.
Your regular service begins once payment is completed.

After you sign up, your first monthly payment is processed immediately, then automatically on the 1st of each month moving forward.

Your first payment will cover the remaining weeks of the month after your free cleanup, and your next automatic payment will be processed on the 1st of the following month.

A: No contracts required!
You can start, pause, or cancel your service anytime with at least 48 hours’ notice — just email info@scoopyduty.ca or make the change directly through your client portal.

If you cancel before the end of your billing period, you’ll receive a refund for any unused cleanups that you’ve already paid for.

A: Yes — If our team can’t access your yard, we’ll knock on your door and try calling you before leaving.
If we’re still unable to get in, the visit may still be billed since our crew has already arrived and allocated the time for your cleanup.

If you let us know at least 48 hours in advance, we’ll gladly reschedule or skip your service at no charge.

A: If something’s not right, tell us within 24 hours. We’ll re-service quickly or credit your account (under normal conditions).

A: We place all collected waste directly in your trash bin after each cleanup.

If your trash bin isn’t accessible for the ScoopyDuty crew, we’ll double-bag the waste and neatly place it by your backyard gate
